HRESYS’s New Launch - Remote Monitoring Function by SNMP&TCP/IP

Hangzhou, 2024.06.15 - HRESYS announced a value-added function for the Telecom base station battery - Remote Monitoring function by TCP/IP&SNMP Protocol.

Telecom base stations, also known as wireless base stations, are generally installed in wide, remote places and are scattered. Generally speaking it is very difficult and costly to implement manual duty. In addition, local power equipment, battery power and the environment cannot be monitored and controlled in a timely manner, resulting in frequent accidents. However, as a DC backup power supply, the battery plays a very important role in the safe and reliable operation of the system. Batteries are the basis for ensuring uninterrupted DC power supply, and their maintenance is very important in the technical maintenance of communication power supplies.

According to market demand, HRESYS develop and launch the battery module which support remote monitoring by using TCP/IP&SNMP Protocol. With this SNMP protocol MIB files, customer can connected batteries to different monitoring system like Zabbix system and others, with TCP/IP protocol, HRESYS developed it’s own remote monitoring system. This function allows telecom operators to monitor crucial battery status in real-time, reducing maintenance cost and ensuring uninterrupted power supply to critical network equipment.
